I reimagined the iconic Mayavi comic characters, beloved staples of Balarama children’s weekly for over three decades, by giving them a modern cinematic twist. Created long before the rise of AI imaging, this project stands as a testament to creativity and dedication. The illustrations resonated widely, going viral and earning accolades from prominent media outlets, including The Hindu and Indian Express, as well as coverage on TV channels like Media One, Kairali, and radio platforms. This series celebrates nostalgia while presenting it through a fresh, cinematic storytelling lens.
